HOMeBIM liveAPP is a tool that helps building dwellers control and improve the comfort level of their homes through the adoption of simple APPs, which interact with indoor and outdoor sensors to survey environmental parameters and weather monitoring.

HOMeBIM liveAPP reports the updated situation with real data and produces targeted simulations, including cost simulations, to suggest best practices and incentivize energy consumption reduction and related cost savings.

The system allows the optimization of resources and behaviors for the benefit of superior comfort, with specific attention to people whith special needs: sick, infants, elderly and disabled people. Indeed, the focus on saving energy resources cannot be separated from the involvement of the inhabitants and the quality of their living.

A concentration of technologies

HOMeBIM APP is a native cloud system that employs Serverless technologies and Microsoft Azure services. It also works with Building Information Modelling virtual design systems, advanced prototyping and Home & Building Automation, Big Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence techniques and Cloud Computing techniques to support real-time intelligent data and information management.

The system works mainly with Java, TypeScript, Javascript, CSS, and HTML languages.
